AIRWAY MANAGEMENT

Airway management is a set medical procedures performed in order to prevent airway obstructions and thus ensure an open pathway between a patient’s lungs and the outside world. This is accomplished by clearing or preventing obstructions of airways, often referred to as choking, caused by the tongue, the airways themselves, foreign bodies or from the body itself, such as blood or stomach content, the latter resulting in aspiration.

VENTILATOR CIRCUIT

OXYGEN THERAPY 

Oxygen therapy is a treatment that provides you with extra oxygen, gas that your body needs to work well. Normally, your lungs absorb oxygen from the air. However, some diseases and conditions can prevent you from getting enough oxygen. Oxygen therapy may help you function better and be more active. Oxygen is supplied in a metal cylinder or other container. It flows through a tube and is delivered to your lungs. 

AEROSOL THERAPY

Aerosol therapy is the delivery of medication during the inhalation phase of respiration. Drugs are administered using aerosol therapy.
